Welcome to the world’s first and one-of-its-kind live, interactive, guided destination and culture immersion trip of Egypt.

This unique orientation session is designed to make children familiar with Egypt over five 60 minute sessions spread over 5 days. On this orientation trip, children will visit exciting highlights and monuments, get a taste of the rich culture and be introduced to local etiquettes and traditions. They will travel back in time to ancient Egypt, trace its history through the ages, and gain an insight into modern day life.

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY


Day 1: Tour of the awe inspiring Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx

Day 2: Tour of Luxor, rightfully called the world’s largest open air museum

Day 3: Learn about Mummies & Hieroglyphics from an Egyptology expert.

Day 4: Tour of the Khan El Khalil market including interactions with locals. (Cultural orientation)

Day 5 : Learn about Coptic history of Egypt covering the history of Christianity in Egypt in 1st century AD.

Arafa Omran is a certified Egyptologist who has been leading tours of ancient Egypt for over a decade. A much sought after expert on Egypt, Arafa has been shortlisted for several awards based on his knowledge and passion for the subject, and the way in which he engages visitors.

How it works

This is a completely virtual tour with 5 one hour sessions spread over five days. A minimum of 10 students are required for this tour which accommodates a maximum of 50. You can let us know about your preferred dates and we can will organise it around them. Once you book the tour, we will send you a Zoom link which can be used by every student. Please note that you do not have to download Zoom to access the session, and only need to follow the link on the date and time confirmed. You can access the session from your mobile, laptop or desktop.

You will need a stable internet connection and a mobile device (ideally a desktop or laptop) to stream the session.
