On this tour children will visit the Doka Estate - the largest coffee plantation in the country. Located on the slopes of the spectacular Poas volcano, the plantation is located in the most idyllic surroundings. The expert at the plantation will take you on a tour to show you the various stages involved in the cultivation of coffee. Children will then see how the bean goes through various processes at the plant before ending up in your cup.
This tour also discusses the many conservation efforts practised at the estate so children can get an insight into environmental best practices.
